The login and password for your hosting account are not the same as the logins and passwords for hosting services (FTP, MySQL, SSH, etc.).

You can find out the access data for hosting services using the following instructions:

We do not store data for accessing the admin panels of sites hosted on our servers. If this data has been lost, please follow the instructions for resetting the administrator password for the CMS used on the site (for example, WordPress, Joomla!, OpenCart).
