2.2.14. Restore deleted hosting account
Attention!
Despite the availability of this feature, we recommend that you do not take any risks and pay for hosting services in a timely manner, as well as not forget to download backups to your device.There are cases when, several months after the hosting subscription expires, the site owner notices that their site is not working and contacts us with a request to restore it. For such situations, a feature has been developed that allows you to automatically restore your hosting account if it has not been paid for a long time.

Hosting accounts that have not been renewed are deactivated after expiration and archived after 30 days (see Hosting account lifecycle). They can be stored in the archive for up to 1 year. While a hosting account is stored in the archive, it can be restored to retrieve data or resume its operation.
Cost
The cost of recovery is 100 ₴ plus 10 ₴ per month for each 1 GB of data from the moment of deactivation of the hosting account (the total amount depends on the size of the stored data and the storage period).
Restore
Notes:
- Before restoring, make sure that there are no sites with the same names in other existing hosting accounts as the sites from the hosting account you want to restore. If there are sites with identical names in the system at the time of restoration, numerical prefixes will be automatically added to the names of such sites in the hosting account being restored, and after restoration, you will have to rename them manually.
- All settings and all content of the hosting account that existed at the time of its deletion are restored: files, databases, mailboxes, and messages in them.
- A hosting account can be restored via anonymous payment, provided that the service owner has not disabled it for their account.
- Open the "Deleted hosting accounts" section with a list of hosting accounts that can be restored:
- "Name" — name of the hosting account.
- "Deleted to archive" — date of deletion of the hosting account to the archive.
- "Days in archive" — how many days the hosting account has been in the archive.
- "Sites" — a list of sites that were in the hosting account at the time it was archived.
- "Sites size" — the size of site files.
- "Databases" — a list of databases of the hosting account.
- "DB size" — database size.
- "Mail size" — the size of the contents of the hosting account's mailboxes.
- "Total" — total size occupied.
- "Owner" — who owns the hosting account (you or not you).
- "Restore" — button to restore your hosting account.
- In the row of the hosting account you want to restore, click the restore button.
- See the final cost and click "Pay and activate for 3 days":
- Pay the automatically created invoice using any of the available methods.
- Wait for the restoration to complete (from 20 minutes to several hours from the moment of payment receipt).
After restoring, creating backups of all files and databases of the hosting account starts automatically. We recommend that you do not perform any actions until they are created.
The restored hosting account will be active for 3 days. During this period, you can either download backups of the necessary data or renew the hosting account in the standard way and continue using it.
