10.18. Refund request letter (for FOP and legal entities)
Attention!
Without a letter, funds will not be refunded, as without it we will have to pay taxes on the refunded amount.A refund letter is required in situations where funds need to be returned to the account from which the service was paid for, and more than 5 days have passed since the payment was made.
To get a refund, you need to sign the letter with EDS and send it to us via Vchasno, Paperless, or M.E.Doc.
