10.4.1.3. Receive documents via Vchasno

To receive signed with EDS accounting documents via Vchasno, you need to:

• Be registered in this service.
• In our control panel, select the document management system Vchasno.

Depending on whether accountant's email is specified or not, documents can be sent to different Vchasno accounts:

• If the accountant's email is not specified — the message will be sent to the Vchasno account registered at the same address as the account mail on our site.
• If the accountant's email is specified — the message will be sent to the Vchasno account registered at the same email address as the accountant's. In this case, the account mail on our site will not play a role.

For situations where the Vchasno account was created earlier and its email does not match the account mail on our site:

• If the accountant's email is not specified — you can specify there the email of your existing Vchasno account.
• If the accountant's email is specified and cannot be changed — you can open in the Vchasno site the section "Company settings" and in the "Employees" block add an employee with the same email as the accountant's.
