10.5.5. Balance on credit (for legal entities)
Tech support cannot additionally prolong the operation of services with daily payment.
Important points:
- Only for Ukrainian legal entities.
- Can only be used if there have been payment errors in the last 3 days or the current balance is less than the amount charged for services on the last day that was charged.
Balance on credit activates services with daily payment for additional 5 days or until the balance is recharged.
- Open the "Balance" section.
- Click "Balance on credit":
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window that appears.
- Wait for activation of services with daily payments (usually a few minutes).
