1.2.3. Confirm unsafe operations

Performing potentially unsafe operations such as ownership transfer or domain transfer requires mandatory confirmation by the current service owner.

In individual and FOP accounts, confirmation of unsafe operations is performed via account email — the system automatically sends a message with a special one-time code that must be entered in the confirmation form:

If you do not have access to the mailbox to which the code is sent, you should submit a request for access restoration. It is not possible to obtain the code in any other way without access to the mailbox.

In the accounts of legal entities, confirmation of unsafe transactions is performed by submitting a request and signing it with an EDS via the electronic document management service Vchasno or Paperless.
