1.1.7. Telegram accounts

With the Telegram bot, you can quickly get notifications and do some actions with services right from the messenger, without having to log in to the control panel. To start using the bot, you need to link your Telegram account to your account.

• Receiving important service notifications from our company with reminders about the need to renew services and various events, such as:
  • Disabling access restrictions or modifying the list of allowed IPs in the FTP security settings or MySQL.
  • Migration of a hosting account to another country or between servers (changing the IP address).
  • Detection of malicious code by our antivirus.
  • Lack of available disk space (out of space or inodes).
  • Load exceeded.
  • Creating or restoring a backup of an account, site, or database on hosting.
  • Incidents on servers.
  • Creating or restoring a VPS backup.
  • Submitting an application for service cancellation.
  • Invoice creation (with the option to pay using a linked card or without authorization).
• Use as one of the methods of two-step authentication.
• Registration and pre-order of domains, actions with hosting accounts, sites, databases, etc.
• Renewal of services (including on credit).
• The ability to contact technical support.

    • "Clear PageSpeed cache" — clearing the cache of the PageSpeed module.
    • "Create backup" — creating a backup of the current version of the site.
    • "Restricting access to site" — restricting access to site for specified IPs or subnets.

    • "Run a virus scan" — initiate antivirus scanning.
    • "Disk space information" — view information about total, used, and free disk space (volume and inodes).
    • "Processor minutes" — view information on the usage of processor minutes on the web server and the database server.
    • "Access restriction via FTP" — access restriction via FTP to the hosting account for specified IPs and subnets.
    • "Terminate active processes" — forced termination of processes of the hosting account.

      • "Clear OPcache cache" — clearing the OPcache cache for all sites in the hosting account.

    • "My sites" — selection of a site in the current hosting account to perform any actions with it (see above "Sites").

    • "Terminate active queries" — force termination of all queries to the specified database.
    • "Get size" — view information about the disk space occupied by the database and the number of tables in it.
    • "Create user" — creation of a database user with the specified name and password.
    • "Create backup" — creating a backup of the current database content.
  • "🔐 Access delegation" — access delegation to a service or its cancellation.

  • "Traffic usage statistics" — view traffic information: limit, incoming, outgoing, total, remaining until the limit is reached.

  • "🗑 Terminate all sessions" — forcibly terminate all active sessions for the current account.

  • "📋 Switching between accounts" — switching between linked accounts and unlinking a Telegram account.

1. Open the bot using any of the following methods:

   • Control panel
   • Search in the application
   • QR code
   • Direct link

   1. Open the "Personal data" section.
   2. On the "Basic info" tab in the "Telegram accounts" section, click "Add":

   2. In the search field, enter admtoolsnotificationbot:

2. Launch the bot by pressing the start button or sending a message with the text "/start".
